Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Orders:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@saruvi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of outer packing of the product is damaged then immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product, before accepting the package from the courier company. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark as a proof on the delivery document. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

"No Exchange/Return & No Refund" for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

International Orders:

To be eligible for a return for international orders, The item/product must be in the same condition that you received it from us, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a international return, ensure to send us immediate information (within 24 hours from the delivery date) through email to support@saruvi.com with marked order number at email subject line, once your return is accepted, you will get confirmation email which means you are eligible to proceed for the return itself.

Order Cancelation

For any reason If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be banking transaction fees charged for payment gateway and services. .

Return Due To Change Of Mind
If you have received the product and you are not satisfied, you will be ensuring that you should shipped back (courier back) within 48 hours from the delivery date once your return is accepted, and should email us courier receipt to support@saruvi.com 

The shipping/courier charges for returning the product has to be paid by the customer itself to their carrier . 

Refunds
Refund process will start for return orders  once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our quality division. hence please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.

No Exchange Policy
We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.

No Cancellation for Customised products.
Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.

Return Freight & Duty | DDP Terms to use (Delivery Duty Paid till Door)

www.saruvi.com does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, hence while shipping back please ensure to select /use strictly Delivery Duty Paid with carrier.

 www.saruvi.com reserves the right to charge you back for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.
